You can download the Remittance Receipt once the order is fully processed and set to "In Transit." When "In Transit", this means that the funds should be well on it's way to your recipient.

The issuance of receipts is a requirement. Please insist on a receipt for your transaction.
Here is a step by step guide on how to download your remittance receipt!
Personal Users
You can download the remittance receipt via the web browser.
- 1. To do so, log in to your MoneyMatch Account.
- 2. Select "Receipt" on the relevant order
The order status will be shown as In Transit.
- 3. Download the remittance receipt in PDF format.
