Here is some information regarding MYR transfers to Malaysia.
General Information
- Who can I send to?
You can send MYR to personal and business bank accounts in Malaysia. - How much can I send?
The amount you can send will differ depending on what type of MoneyMatch user you are registered as. Check Transaction Limits for more information. - Are there any restrictions on sending MYR?
If your recipient has a Non-Resident Bank Account in Malaysia, a daily limit of MYR 10,000 (or equivalent) applies as this is the maximum that they can receive.
Thus, transactions to Non-Resident Accounts that exceed this limit will result in a refund. At this stage, there is no way MoneyMatch can validate during the order creation/processing stage if an account is a Non-Resident Account or not, therefore to avoid transaction failures, we recommend that you verify with the recipients before setting up a transfer. - How much does it cost?
AUD 3 per transaction - What will be the payout method used?
Bank Transfers - How long does it take for the funds to be transferred?
Once processed and set "In-Transit", transfers may take up to 1-2 business days to reach the recipient. Learn more about how long transfer takes.
