Kindly note that third-party transfers are strictly prohibited on our platform. If you have sent money from a third-party account, your order will be refunded.
- 1. Personal Users
- You can send money using a bank account that’s registered under your name only.
- You can send money from a joint bank account if you are one of the account holders. Do note that additional documents may be required to prove the account ownership, (e.g. a screenshot or PDF of your joint bank statement, clearly showing your name, the bank’s name, and the account number.)
You will not be able to send money from your credit card/debit cards.
At the moment, we can only accept payment via bank transfers from a bank account that’s registered under your name only.
For users in Australia, you will not be able to send money via cheques.
