Option 1: MoneyMatch App
To sign up for a MoneyMatch Personal Account, you can sign up through our MoneyMatch App or MoneyMatch Transfer Website. After signing up, you are still required to Verify Your Account (e-KYC application) via the MoneyMatch Mobile App. After your account is verified, you can begin transacting on our platform!

- Kindly ensure that the region is selected as "Australia" before proceeding.
- To Sign Up, Click On "No Account Yet? Create one".
- Then, fill in the details and click "Register"
- Select your Security Image and Security String
- You will be required to verify your phone number by keying in your OTP code.
- Where you are unable to receive the OTP code, check that your phone number is entered accurately.
- If you are still unable to receive your OTP, kindly Submit a Request for further assistance!
- Then, you will receive an email to verify your email address
- Check your SPAM or Junk folder and also whitelist our email to ensure that you receive our emails successfully.
- If you are still unable to receive our email, kindly Submit a Request for further assistance!
- Return to the MoneyMatch App and log in to your account.
- If you are using MoneyMatch for personal transactions, select "Personal"
- Next, you are required to fill in the form accurately as part of your "User Details"
- Subsequently, you are required to key in your Australian Residential Address. If you are not from Australia, you are required to include your residential address in Australia and not your home country.

You may also sign up for a MoneyMatch account on our MoneyMatch Transfer Website.
- Click on "Create Account" to register for a Personal Account
- You will also have the option to register using your Facebook or Google+ account
- Select your Security Image and Security String
- You will be required to verify your phone number by keying in your OTP code.
- Where you are unable to receive the OTP code, check that your phone number is entered accurately.
- If you are still unable to receive your OTP, kindly Submit a Request for further assistance!
- Then, you will receive an email to verify your email address
