Error Message: "Uh Oh! Something went wrong and we couldn't create this order for you. Error Code: 0xMRNM"
You may receive this error message during order creation in these scenarios:
- Scenario 1: You are accessing your MoneyMatch Dashboard on multiple tabs. If you would like to create multiple orders, kindly make sure that you are creating the orders one at a time, using a single tab only.
- Scenario 2: If the rates have updated/ moved when you were in the midst of creating the transaction. Kindly note, the rates on our platform are updated every 15 minutes to ensure you get the latest rates.
To solve this issue:
STEP 1. Please check if you have opened multiple tabs. If yes, kindly log out of your MoneyMatch account and close all tabs.
STEP 2. Relaunch your browser and log into your MoneyMatch account again (using a single tab).
STEP 3. Then, try creating the order on the platform again.
