To reset your security image and security string, you have to Reset Your Password.
If you have forgotten your MoneyMatch Account password, you may reset it through these steps:
STEP 1. Select "Log In" located on the top right corner of the website.
STEP 2. Select "Reset it here" located at the bottom of the log in page.
STEP 3. You will be directed to the page below. Kindly enter your registered email in the field and select "Send Password Reset Link".
STEP 4. Once successful, a reset link will be sent to your registered email and you should see a notification "You should have received an email from us including the instructions if provided email is already registered with us".
All you have to do now is go to your registered email id and click on the reset password link. You will be redirected to the page below:
Once done, your password will be reset and you should be able to log in.
